I recently got this 4 port PCI USB card on the swap list, but it came with no drivers. I was told that the previous owner used it little, but he did have it working in a Mac.
However, I have not been able to find any info or drivers for this card on-line whatsoever. Sorry, I do not have a digital camera, or I'd post some pictures for you to look at (I doubt my old SCSI scanner would take viewable pictures of a PCI card). I will do my best to describe it to you.
It is a 4 port PCI USB card, with what is like the upper-right corner of the card cut out (when viewed with the metal shield to your left, and the component side facing you). It has a Lucent chipset, with the following silk screened on the component side, going from the top to the bottom of the card:
M-3 94V-0 0028 80-SD086090D000 LUCENT USB QUADRABUS MODEL 1-70000-1
The underside has the following, on two paper stick-on labels:
Top label:
200007000003079 SD090-D86
Bottom Label:
COMCODE 10866666699190 S/N 075120000A1A
The card is a revision A.
There is no other visible info on the card, other than the writing on the main Lucent chip in the lower right-hand corner of the component side.
If ANYONE can supply me with a valid manufacturer, model, or especially where I can get Mac drivers (OS 9 and OS X), I will send them a FREE Mac hardware part or software CD (a GOOD ONE!) of their choice from what I have on hand.
Thanks!
