I have several cache chips from that series, and they are mostly marked
820-0719, some -B, some -C; but I think I have had some either marked A or
with no alpha  designator. I have one that is marked thus:
 7MP6300
S40M
9643 AR

7200/120
ONLY
DOS OK

with no  820 series number

I don't know what to make of the information, but HTH.
