Sure.

These were manufactured a great many years ago by Corprate Systems Center 
of Sunnyvale, CA.

Their retail contact is now called Disk Drive Depot, or IT Depot, or some 
such name.

Both are in Area Code 408, and DDD's storefont was on Lakeside drive.

The device is labeled "2.5" SCSI Adapter", and it is a distinct product 
from their quite similar "2.5" IDE Adapter", for obvous reasons.

Last time I was at DDD they still had one or two of these 2.5 SCSI 
adapters in stock, although I'm sure none have been made in perhaps ten 
years.

I bought mine about the same time as the PB 140 came out, so that should 
tell you just about how old these specialzed items are.
