Kevin,
Opera will display as your home page whatever home page you have set for
Internet Exploder. When you open Opera for the first time, it opens to the
page that the developer has set. Click on the word HOME in the toolbar and
it will go to your IE home page. The next time you open Opera, you will get
a box that has a radio button to click for "show my home page", or words to
that effect. That should set your home page for you. When you want to change
it, just change it in IE first, then click on HOME in Opera to verify the
change. There may be other ways to do it, but that's how I change mine.
