I'm not sure if any of the 603 processors were ever on a daughtercard.

I'm late to the thread, but if it is a non-huge, just big, heatsink like the ones found on x100 boards, it could be a 601 as in the daughtercard from a 7500?

I have a 100MHz 601 card from a 7500 I keep for testing and it just has that funny little heatsink with the curled ends.
