PowerComputing does a similar thing.

FCC ID L6JCPU4225BGA decodes into a 604e 225 mHz processor, 45 MHz bus, 
in a "ball grid array" package.

The BGA part may be redundant, as I believe all 604e processors were ball 
grid array (BGA) packaged.

So also were some 603 and all G3, G4 and G5 processors.
