Help! I just got a used Yamaha 8424 and I've turned out a couple of
coasters using iTunes. It recognizes the drive. Starts burning, but just a
little bit into the first track it quits with a -7932 error. It works fine
with Discribe, I don't own Toast. I just want to burn audio with iTunes.
The firmware is upgraded to 1.0j on the drive, I've installed it in a 9600
updgraded with a G4/450 sonnet card in addition to the CD-ROM. I've
assigned it SCSI ID 4. I'm running OS 9.2.2, 608 megs of ram. The Yamahas
were recommended here. Suggestions please?
