You can share you iTunes library with other PC's and Macs using iTunes. Simply enable sharing in the preferences and away you go! Other iTunes apps will pick up the share automatically. Isn't Apple easy... Well some things, try loading an app on OS X with multiple users that have restrictions...argh.
