You are missing part of the scanner. The round
connector plugs into another rectangular box with SCSI
cable for the Mac. I have a couple of these with
manuals and Mac drivers but you need the other part.

So THAT'S what that box is for. I have a box like that one you describe, but I had no idea that was what it was for. Email me the drivers/manuals off list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
