Forgive me, but huh???

Keep in mind i installed Windows 95 from a store bought copy that I 
bought way back in 1995.  The Windows 95 CD doesn't include Virtual PC 
additions, since Virtual PC didn't exist back then.  And my Copy of 
Virtual PC came with Windows 2000, and the additions only work on Windows 
2000.
