I have exactly the same problem with an Imac 400 DV (although intermittent) I too would like to know what causes this?
Art UK Hi, When I shut down a PPC7200/120 I heard a sound coming from the speaker (almost sure): like a ssshhhh or a loud whisper if these 2 words can be put side by side :-) Anyone know what is causing this?
