Hello. It seems not matter how much I clean the cartridge roller, it still keeps putting ink on the roller, so that when I print something out, it has streaks of ink running down the length of the paper. I've just been using a soft cotton square pad to wipe off the light green roller inside the cartridge. I'm assuming something is wrong with this cartridge. It's too bad because it's about 3/4 full of ink. And these cartridges are not cheap. Any ideas before I ditch this printer.
