Other listees have posted some helpful hints in the past which I have yet to have the time to follow up. Maybe these will help you as well. 1.there is a website www.fixyourownprinter.com that diagnoses probs and sells kits. 2.The drum has a photosensitive film surface that easily gets scratched - it will retain toner pigment that the corona wire can't wipe clean.
