sounds like it. zip drives i think use the same power connector PC floppy drives use. so an adaptor shouldn't be too hard to find.
---------- From: Andrew Grebneff Sent: 06 February 2004 11:40 To: PCI PowerMacs Subject: Internal SCSI Zip drive power connector I have an Iomega 100mb Zip internal drive model Z100Si. I was going to put it in my 9600, but the power connector (4-pin) is much smaller than any other I have seen, and the connectors in the 9600 won't fit. Does this thing need an adaptor? I have an internal V1000Si Jaz drive, and it has the normal large 4-pin power socket, same as in a hard drive. -- Andrew Grebneff Dunedin, New Zealand 64 (3) 473-8863 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Fossil preparator Seashell, Macintosh & VW/Toyota van nut -------------------------------------- A: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation.
