Hmmm.... good point. Perhaps it's time for a recap on what exactly is the
problem here, although it seems that there is only a problem for some
listees and not others.

It seems to me that it has been largely agreed that the [PCI] tag is of
more use than not.
However some people are now saying that this has caused problems with
threading in the mail client they are using.
There may also still be issues with filtering of mail, with or without the
added tag.

People are not necessarily going to be willing to change mail clients if
they have one that they like so we're looking for a resolution to the
threading + filtering problems.

Did I miss anything??
