Perhaps you are right Louis, but my post was not a reply so it was not in as
a tag "[PCI]" - though "PCI" was in because it was part of the content of
the subject (this was correctly retained).

A gent said to me off line I should try it to see (meaning, presumably, I
should observe in the normal course of my communications what happens and -
he was too polite to say - don't waste our time). He is right. I was lazy.
(I get things in digest and I have to cut and paste things to reply and
fashion subject lines...)

But maybe unconsciously I had a slightly more mischievous motive: I wanted
to say something on the subject without breaking the rules of the timeout on
this discussion and ... well, to use an Australian expression, to STIR THE
POSSUM a bit.
