I found it by going to google and using "usb adb convert" to do a search.

Having given that link, I will give my 2 cents as well:  I agree with
Fluxstringer.  The adapter costs $50, but a USB card will cost $20 (or
less).  You do lose the ability to change the boot sequence, so you'll want
to keep a ADB keyboard around, but in the end, I think once the USB card is
working it will be a lot less overall problems, and you'll have the added
ability to use other USB devices.
