Hi all;
  The power supply from the 6300 will run the 6360 board BUT, if the
Crescendo L2 card you are speaking of is a G3 upgrade or such, you run a
risk of overloading the 6300 power supply.
  I don't have the exact power specs at hand but, as I own or have owned
both models, I do know that the 6360 has a beefier power supply because of
the higher speed processor and PCI architecture. HTH
