[PCI] OT... July 17 1946

[Kevin Willis]

	I read on one of these lists that the reason PCI Macs display 
the year 1946 when the PRAM battery dies is because it is some kind 
of significant date in Apple history. I don't remember the event.

	I have noticed that when I boot up OS X, that my Calendar 
icon shows the date July 17.  I was wondering is there any 
significance with that date.

	Any thoughts would be appreciated.
