I have a LocalTalk network set up and running on PhoneNET adapters. I am trying to bridge the network to Ethernet at a certain point.
I am using the LocalTalk Bridge CP (OS 7.5.5) and it is working because I have set AppleTalk to run on Ethernet and I can still get full access to the Macs connected with a PhoneNET adapter. The problem is that when I try to connect a Mac to this network with an Ethernet connection (Mac OS X) I get a message saying that there is no AppleTalk Stack. How do I fix this? The PowerMac running with the Bridge is connected to the internet (TCP) through its Ethernet port. There is a router that other computers at this location (including PCs) connect to. Thanks a lot!
