The fans operate on 12 volts, direct current.

Exchanging the two power leads at the terminal block should reverse the 
direction of rotation. The contacts are held in the block by a retention 
pawl which is accessible from the bottom of the block. A slight pressure 
on the pawls should cause them to release.

In the remote possibility that the motor is "brushless" and is 
insensitive to power polarity, then your fall back position would be to 
flip the fan over.
