If I'm reading the systam requirements right, the correct Mozilla for my PM7200/120 is version 1.2.1. I downloaded it and unstuffed it (only 618k) and tried installing it. Everything seemed to work, but in the end I got installation failure - 1003.
The Moz installers from back then are a PITA.
Skip 1.2.1. Go directly to WaMCom Mozilla 1.3.1
