[PCI] Repairing a PC Compatibility Card cable

I have a PC Compatibility Card in my 8600/200 running 9.1.  It works, 
but the connector on the three-headed cable that connects to the 
monitor cable is becoming separated from the body.  Currently it is 
being held on with wire, but I would like a more permanent solution.

Any ideas?
