No drivers are required.

The hard drives are made to look like they were SCSI drives.

Required SCSI Manager 4.3, but almost all extant versions of MacOS support 
this.

Some can support larger than 120 GB drives. These are the UATA/133 cards.

Some UATA/100/66/33 cards, with the appropriate firmware patches, can also 
support larger than 120 GB drives.

At this point, its probably best to get a UATA/133 card.
