On the back of the machine, remove the two screws (unless you
have a TV card installed, then also the one near the coax plug). 

Reach under the bottom lip, pull down on the two retaining clips.

Pull back and the cover should come off.

The HD is in the loser left bay as you face the back.

Disconnect the power and IDE cables. Pry the sled retainer
loose and slide out the HD.
