You're not alone. The problems lies with freight forwarders resellers deal
with.  Usually those with international handlers can facilitate overseas
deliveries like FedEx, DHL, but can cost you an arm and leg. I've ordered
books from Barns & Noble which arrived intact, delivered to my doorstep
after paying duties including VAT. Small online retailers without store
display, staffed by one or two persons probably won't bother with details
of overseas shipment, But try calling them to see if they would - I've
spoken with David of baucomcomputers,com who said he could ship oversaes.
