System Folder >> System
Maybe you don't need to worry about it, like someone in the list already pointed out. But if you ever need to replace it , you just drag it from a backup source, like an install CD, onto your active System Folder, making sure that 1) the replacement is of the same OS version as the one to be replaced and, 2) make a backup copy of the current one on the desktop.
In the past, more than once, I have saved myself from the trouble of reinstalling the whole OS just by replacing the System and/or the Finder files.
