Tests with the original 200 MHz 604e were sorta OK, but atttempting any
kind of menu operation usually caused the player to hang.

Otherwise, with a 200 MHz 604e, the player was so-so with DVDs which did
not contain a lot of fast action, and stroboscopic like with DVDs which
had a lot of fast action.

With a 300 MHz or faster G3 card ... either a NewerTech processor card or
a ZIF card and a ZIF CPU from a Beige G3 ... the results were quite
acceptable.

I didn't take any notes as to burn times.

Also, I only burned data and audio CDs on the ACARD "Bridge"-adapted
DVR-10x, not DVDs.

But, it was an all-SCSI box (although some drives, including the DVR-10x,
were adapted).
