Look for Umax S-6 (300 x 600) or S-12 (600 x 1200) SCSI scanners. The S-6
was rated among the best by MacWorld sometime ago.

Personally I'm staying away from the UMax line. The way they don't support their scanners under OS X is just wrong to me.
