What exactly would a Mac ZIF CPU look like? I know what a PC one looks like, but all the Mac CPU's I have dealt with have been part of some sort of card. The one from my G4 pops on to the mother board and is then held on with 3 screws.
Thanks--

What you have in your G4 is a processor card, NOT a zif. There are no adapters to get it to work in a pci mac (or a beige or B&W G3). You may be able to sell it on the swap list for a few bucks to some one who has a bad one, or is building a Mac from parts.
