Forget what advice has been given, so apologies in advance if these things have been said). I would start with some RAM I was really sure of and remove the rest and see if it is a Ram problem. Remove any caches that were there prior to your Sonnet upgrade. And start with "Mac os .. base" or "OS .. all" extensions (control panel/extension manager).
