Any 8600 or 9600 is suitable to be G3'd, with the /233 and under being 
the cheapest and easiest.

Anything /250 and over will be a Mach unit, and will have its own issues.

Keep it simple and start with the slowest machine you can find. A /200 is 
good.

Once the original processor card is removed, the replacement processor 
card determines the processor speed directly, and the bus speed 
indirectly.
