I opened File Sharing to turn it on and there is NO panel with a button for turning FileSharing off or on. Instead there is just an upper ppanel for my name and password, and then a lower panel to turn on Program Sharing. No middle panel for FileSharing. The Activity Monitor button is greyed out.
