I just decided to try my patented "skeletonize-that-computer" method of troubleshooting, so that's exactly what I did. Cleaned off the dust with some Endust spray (and then let it sit overnight because the can shot liquid). Reassembled it when I woke up, plugged in all the cables and turned it on.

It booted perfectly, and after resetting the settings, it was working perfectly. Except I only had 160 MB of RAM. I shuffled the DIMM's and now I have 192 MB. I'm going to reshuffle and hope for the full 224 MB. Any tips for this little bug?
