If you don't need to be switching the SCSI ID, you could just install
a jumper on the pin 4 pair. This should set the ID at 1. Normally this
would be an unused ID in a Mac. If this is the last SCSI device on the
machine, I would also install a jumper on the pin 6 pair to give
termination power.
