If you have Acrobat Reader (now Adobe Reader) download the Apple Memory Guide available at: http://akwww.digidesign.com/support/docs/memguide.pdf It will show the location of the slots. They take 1 MB VRAM DIMMs 112 pin 70 ns or faster. They are installed in pairs in alternate slots; Slot 1 and 3, or slots 2 and 4, or all four slots.
