Yea, Apple's System Profiler sucks when it comes to showing accurate
info on the non-OEM daughtercards. I've never had it report the
correct speed on any of the upgrade cards I have used.

There's an freeware app from NewerTech called GuagePro that works well
and gives accurate readings. And most of the G3/4 upgrade cards have
software that shows the correct CPU speed also, but ASP is notoriously
incorrect at calculating the info.
