I have been on the PCI list for 5 years. It is MUCH LOOSER now. Believe me.
And accusing Paul of arbitrariness doesn't get it.
The rules were loosened less than 2 years ago. But that doesn't mean this list becomes a free-for-all. I was banned for a while myself and
began to understand why the posts are limited to PCI Mac HELP. There is no where else on the web that Mac help is more effective and fast for our old machines.
And it wasn't the beer comments that were so much a problem. A few light comments of fond memories are a welcome respite.
The problem came when there were early signs of a flame war.
I support those struggling with substance problems And admire those who mentioned those concerns in a graceful restrained way.
And I thank the Nannies for their thankless work as volunteers without which these lists could not exist.
