I recommend giving Palm Desktop a try. Even if you don't have a Palm, the software is great, and it is FREE! My wife has tried several, and tells me this is the best. We have it running on a PM7500/G3 using OS 9.1, but it worked fine on a straight 7200 as well. We used Remember (sharewqre) for years, and liked it. But it's development stopped some time ago.
