All right, I've Googled and Googled (and even Yahooed) but I can't find
a manufacturer for a video card that came with my Mac when I found it. Here's what I know:
- Full-length full-height PCI video card
- Single DB15 connector
- Doesn't do color (grayscale only, don't remember the color depth), so
it's pretty useless to me.
- Manufactured by Radius
- Copyright date on some of the bigger chips say 1993 or 1994.

Any clues?

I searched for 'Radius video card' and quickly found <http://www.mandrake.demon.co.uk/Apple/radius/r_cards.html> which is an archive of the defunct Radius site.
