Only slight differences.

7300 (like the 7200 before it) had no A-V card.

7200 came with both a solid rear, where the ports would later be on the 
7500/7600, and with a blank cover over those ports. The 7300 came with a 
blank cover.

7300 has a 10 pin and 24 pin power connectors.

7500 and others (except 7300) has a 10 pin and 22 pin power connectors.

Motherboard mounting and other mechanical details is the same.

Case parts are the same.
