Haven't used either. But if bus speed was the same for both I would guess the dually becase of the sheer combined processor capacity. 2 X 450 = 900 beats 533.
Remember you can get faster CPU chips to fit from the swap list for either one. And consider how the other hardware is specced. Like AGP video would be a good thing.
