everything i'e read about BeOS suggests it wont boot at all on any G3
or higher processor, even if the extension is loaded before the beos
launcher, it wont make any difference, as the beos boot system willl
not make any use of macos extensions. unfortunately you'll probably
have to put an older cpu in there to run BeOS

incidentally, i've never run it on a mac, only a pc, is it worth
puttin on this 8600 i still have doing not a lot?
