Well David congratulations you got me into the ballpark ( cricket match? ). This is much closer to what I need but still not perfect.
I experimented by reducing font size to the minimal 9 and narrowed the colums as much as I could and still have essential info.
This resulted in a page that showed everything but the file type. Which might be enough but the program insists on putting the file type on a separate sheet. Which is rather wasteful and inconvenient.. Maybe a spreadsheet printer? NAAH ! I gave the last one away. I hate the pin matrix noise !
I'll keep trying though thanks,
Tell your printer to print at 70 (or less) percent?

ALL RIGHT !
That definitely did help !
I couldn't get anything done if I didn't have this list to do my thinking for me ! :^D
Thanks Paul and David and all who gave ideas.
I somehow used OS 9 for years without seeing that " print window " item at the bottom of the file menu when the window is open.
And although I have seen the percentage scroll toggle on the page setup window I have not used it for years.
I couldn't see for lookin' !
That's what this list is all about. Thanks guys ! -- Adrian
