What does it really mean? Well, the said file is a shared component used by MS for the internet and that is has become garbled or had bits go missing. There are all sorts of causes for this. Have you tried dumping the said library and reinstalling? Do you have a CD or a zip file with the installer? Open it and custom install just that bit. The bit is in the MS Library Folder in the System Folder. Why did you move to .7 if I may ask? I had trouble with .7, and moved back to .6 years back and have been happy (as happy as anyone is going to get with IE, which is not very happy).
