Yes, this is correct, at the bottom of the email option tab...

One thing I have never known how to do is get the Wacom Mozilla 1.3.1 to
recognise these preferences. It just does not because, presumably, it never
occurred to anyone that a user might not use its own in built email
function, "composer"... If anyone knows any way around this? (I 'copy' email
links in Mozilla and use in OE to actually email... but it would be nice not
to have to do this)
