OK then, you and Ron use File Buddy. It never occurred to me anyone would

Has anyone every (or still) used Fast Find? It's by Norton and I've used
it for years -- still do!

Yes, I have this and it is super fast I noticed a while back. OK guys, I am
going to level with you and be really blunt! I use Sherlock out of
traditional loyalty! I make no implications. If you want to abandon a long
tradition of pressing command plus F, in other words *making do with what
Apple in their infinite wisdom have decreed*, go ahead. It is not for me to
say. For me it is File Find and nothing else (which is why i like the first
rather than the fancier version 2).

With any finder the bigger the drive the longer the wait IMHO.

Unchecking drives in Sherlock helps if you know what drive the file is on.
