Presently I am using iTunes, but assuming you can not run it in OS9, I remember I used a program called SoundJam (version 1.0 doesn't give you limitations with the key, but there is no way to register version 2.0)
Why am I telling you this? Its Simple. SoundJam so happens to be history for many years now. The company Cassady & Greene (wonderful company) rests in peace now. However, in order to resgister version 2.0, you had to connect to their servers on the web to validate the registration... them being gone for years now, there is just no way. I also heard you may be able to do that with Audion, which is (or was) free last time I checked. Me, having not much experience with it can't really help you there. Good luck!
