I put together a Powermac 5400 all in one with a L2 G3 running 9.1 for
my Mom so she can do email. She gets a lot of pictures from family
members so the G3 helps.

Anyway, she has been having problems with the ADB so I was wondering if
I can install a usb pci card. Does anyone know if one would fit, and
if so what would be a good model to work with her system? Would I need
to install new drivers? Where from?

You could. Belkin are a good brand. You will need a usb keyboard and mouse as well.... What trouble with ADB? May be simpler and cheaper to sort this out... mouse dirty may be all!
