Boats/Sails: The regatta will be sailed in Flying Juniors and 420's
with boats and sails provided by the Stanford University. The final 4
will be sailed entirely in 420's.

Eligible Teams: Top 3 schools from the South Elims, top 3 from the
North Elims and Hawaii.
